  About Martek Morgan Finch

Martek has evolved over time with a special focus on commercial investment, real estate asset management, sales, leasing and consultancy. Initially created as a residential leasing, management and sales company, with a focus on residential multi-unit buildings, Martek has grown to the extent that today, it is the largest, most prominent local management company operating in Newfoundland, in this field.

In January, 1995, Martek Incorporated merged with its partner company, Morgan Finch Associates Limited. Morgan Finch had, since 1991, developed a strong reputation in leasing, management and sales of commercial and industrial real estate. Having commonality of ownership, it was decided to combine the staff and synergy of both companies into a single entity, Martek Morgan Finch Incorporated. In May, 2000, Martek again merged the operations of Oxford Atlantic with its existing team. This furthered the base of expertise with the addition of four key Oxford personnel. Today, it actively manages in excess of $200 Million in real estate holdings within the Newfoundland market. It is highly active in the sale and leasing of investment grade real estate assets and provides a consultancy service both in and out of the Atlantic Canada region.
